G7 G for grey. first time trying to edit the msstyle in win 7 alot harder than vista. Not all images are mine, its a work in progress . The images that are not mine will be changed. Just need to find bugs, test it if you want to....any comments are helpfull ..............download link fixed


updated 1 just a few more adjustments and fine tuning...

i managed to get everything else, but i still cant figure out how to change the forward/back buttons

First you have to take ownership of the original files.
system32folder: explorerframe.dll
If you are unsure how to do it, read this tutorial:
[link]
Then you should rename the original files to something different: e.g. explorerframe.dll to explorerframe.dll.BAK
Now you are able to copy the modified system files in the respective folder.
But be sure to make a backup before replacing the system files.

where and how do u change forward/back buttons, refresh,etc. on taskbar. Also where and how do you get icons? Want to complete this awesome theme

make a new folder in your user folder any name

right click on taskbar go to toolbar...new toolbar select the new folder you just made unlock the taskbar slide the icons to whatever side you want to put it....lock taskbar ...done

is there a reason my task bar refuses to change on EVERY theme i download? i cant figure it out and im getting so mad,please help? inbox me.

i just want my task bar to change to the one in this theme,i have patched my files with universal theme patcher.

i see by some of your screenshots you have windowblinds and hyperdesk they will play up with some or all patched themes .try disabling them and them apply the msstyles.(themes)

i dont have any windowblinds or hyperdesk or desktop object because i cant afford them. all i have is universal theme patcher. i download put the 2 theme items in the recourse folder,double click theme,everything loads but the task bar on a lot of them. i realize now that your task bar as rocket dock but your actual task bar the start menu and icons look different,all mine are still round and regular size. im so confused.
