If you are unsure how to do it, read this tutorial:

Then you should rename the original files to something different: e.g. explorerframe.dll to explorerframe.dll.BAK
Now you are able to copy the modified system files in the respective folder.
But be sure to make a backup before replacing the system files.
right click on taskbar go to toolbar...new toolbar select the new folder you just made unlock the taskbar slide the icons to whatever side you want to put it....lock taskbar ...done
i just want my task bar to change to the one in this theme,i have patched my files with universal theme patcher.
